History: He was born to a criminal king-pin and mafia family In his youth he was part of a gang. He got caught, but did not rat out his comrades and served his time in prison. He left for the east, certain he would find work there.

Motivation: He is greedy; and he possesses a valuable artifact that the thieves guild wishes to steal

Description: A pudgy man standing about 5'4" has a big stupid grin on his face most of the time. He wears an entirely black suit with white socks and a vest with buckled shoes. He is bald on top and has large white tufts of hair around his ears. His eyes are a pleasant blue.

Personality: He is intelligent and cunning, but he will too often allow his rage to get the better of him. He will lose his cool and rely on brute force to carry the day. The war was a terrible time for him, and Alex does not often speak of it. When he does, he does so with a strained expression and tears in his eyes.

History: Alex hails from a village terrorized by gnolls. His parents divorced when he was young, and his father gained full cudstody. He was regularly beaten by his father, who blamed him for driving them apart. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to gnolls demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: His name or reputation has been wronged in the past by gnolls, and he desires to right it; and he wants revenge against gnolls

Description: He is of a modest build and height, but he carries himself more imposing than he is. He wears a black shirt, with a red mid length shorts with red tights and flats, usually wearing a coat over them. His blonde hair and beard is wavy and long. His face is full, his cheeks are rosy, and he always seems to sport a perfect smile and a twinkle in his brown eyes.

Personality: He has a good heart but also a terrible temper. He will forgive often but not before yelling and berating someone for whatever they have done wrong. He is lazy, self-centered, vain, and jealous.

History: Heir to a fortune, his parents put a great deal of effort into curing his disease. He has chosen to use the inheritance that was left to him frivolously. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

Motivation: He has money and likes to spend it; and he uses money and sex appeal to get what he needs

Description: An older man who likes to wear black tank tops with yellow pants, he is not a threatening figure. His crest is short and copper. His eyes are red and catlike.

Personality: Cocky and sure of himself, he believes he is the best Courier born in the past three hundred years. He is harsh and unforgiving.

History: Born in the north to a Courier, Pijjirik learned a great deal about his father's area of expertise. When he was little, his rather wealthy family often ventured across the desert to a summer home near a large cave. He would wander through that large cave and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and he was stranded inside. His family spent the next few days looking for him, and could only assume he was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the desert due to the painful memories there. Pijjirik took refuge in the large cave and found the beat up spear and armor he uses now. Recently a tribe of dire rats attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Pijjirik fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Motivation: Balancing his hectic life and new Courier responsibilities is difficult.
