History: He was born to loving parents in a slum to the north. Paelias was born on a far northern desert where he grew up under the tutelage of his father, an expert Performer. He left for the north, certain he would find work there.

Motivation: He has comitted a past crime that haunts him to this day; and retire the richest man in the north
