History: Dean was raised in a hard working conservative environment. In his formative years he discovered how persuasive he was. He began using that to his advantage selling useless wares at inflated prices. He inherited the family business which he has now maintained for 15 years.

History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. A gifted student he started as a Shipwright, but he got bored and became a Marshal. He has gone from town to town till he finds a spot where he can set up a sustainable business.
