History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Vlorn grew up listening to his father's many stories. He was an apprentice working in his father's forge. He became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.

History: He is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. As a young adult he joined a group advocating for an improvement in Halfling conditions. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: He is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally; and he has money and likes to spend it
