History: Sold as a small child to a slaver, Hûmgrat was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. Hûmgrat was a troubled youth. He spent his days as a hard laborer instead of attending school, and spent his evenings with numerous mobsters and gang members. Hûmgrat decided he wanted neither the life of his mother nor that of the evil petty criminals he associated with. During his early adolescence, he took a sudden opportunity while working the docks and commandeered a vessel that was left unmanned. He has drifted apart from his friends and has been working freelance. Each gave each other a copy of their signature bastard sword.

History: When he was but 3 years old his parents immigrated from the north. He took every job he could get his hands on, but the opportunities for Halflings in the north were limited. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

His hair is long and golden with streaks of chestnut, and is pulled back with small blue clips. His beard is chestnut, braided, and well cared for. His thin eyebrows rest above his beady blue eyes.

Personality: He believes there is no problem he cannot solve with sufficient elbow grease and persistence, if it is the best or most economic solution matters not. He spends most of his days drinking in the Inn, the rowdiest and most dangerous establishment in town. There he gambles, wrestles and listens to stories told by travelers.

History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. He was part of a huge silver rush, which was taken over by a mining company. The company confiscated a lot of silver, but the shipment was lost. When his spouse passed he lost his only source of income but claims to his daughters to still be retired.

History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. He became a Brewer soon after.
