Personality: A grumpy guy he will invite people to lunch so he can critique them. Yet he still seems generally likeable, like a lovable grump. He has a habit of throwing himself into exceedingly dangerous situations.

History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his mother always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. In his 11th year, his parents were killed by a brigands raid, leaving Lance alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. Due to his spouse's obsession with being a Painter they were divorced and he won custody of their daughter. He worked as a Ploughman, and he later adopted a second daughter.

History: His psionic talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, his parents had him trained. Since his mother passed away years ago, his father had doted on him, and he came to think her himself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by his attractiveness, a trait in which he easily excels the other men of his town. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to orcs demanding more tribute than usual.

History: He got into the Stableman business at a young age. He was one of the best in his class, and was picked up by his current employer. He quickly showed his capability and was soon promoted to a head role. He spent several years traveling with his friend, before both settled down to enjoy the fruits of their adventures.

Motivation: Wants to open a new tavern; and balancing his hectic life and new stableman responsibilities is difficult

Personality: He is unhospitable to his core. His small house has "No trespassing" Signs all over it. He will do just about anything if he becomes convinced it is for someone's true love, of this he is easily convinced.

History: He was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. He became part of the deadliest team of assassins in recent memory. A botched job caused the group to be disbanded. He used his abilities to trick people and travel the world for free.

Motivation: Human compassion; and he is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences his actions
