Personality: Abrasive and pushy, he has a hard time making friends. He spends most of his days drinking in the Inn, the rowdiest and most dangerous establishment in town. There he gambles, wrestles and listens to stories told by travelers.

History: The child of a Butcher, who enjoyed hunting, Qualen was taken on many hunting expeditions. While he appears to be a normal Gnome, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. He has became unsatisfied with his lot in life, and decided to take up adventuring.

Motivation: Obtaining odd cultural Gnomish artifacts is his passion; and meet up once more with his childhood friend

Personality: Always inclined to offer people food he seems plenty friendly. He keeps company with all sorts of races to see how they think and challenge minds foreign to his own.

History: His father raised him in a mountain cabin. There was a wharf not far from home where he often wandered off to fish. He was always very intelligent and has formed a secret society of freemasons.

History: When he was but 5 years old his parents immigrated from the east. He took every job he could get his hands on, but the opportunities for Humans in the east were limited. Unlike his family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, he wanted to work in the city. He has been working here for the past few years.

Description: This dark-skinned male wears a black cloak and cross-gartered green stockings. He is tall, broad shouldered and powerfully built. His head has been shaved. His ears are large.

Personality: He is a melancholic, but persistent worker. He resents family life and as such spurns the advances of admirers. He does suffer from mild PTSD, and the sight of illithids may trigger it at times.

History: From birth he was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. A few years later when the north was not economically sound they moved to his current location. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by illithids. Bhevek was horrified and prayed that his mother was alright. However, he heard that his mother had died fighting off the illithids.

Motivation: Many illithids want him driven away.
