History: The child of a Bellfounder, who enjoyed hunting, Arannis was taken on many hunting expeditions. His parents were killed by orcs in a raid when he was still a young child. The orcs captured him, and made him a slave and general play-thing. He was beaten and tortured regularly, leading to his deformed appearance. He has worked as a Bookbinder like his father before him.

Motivation: Balancing his hectic life and new Bookbinder responsibilities is difficult.

History: Mordai was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his father was employed at, doing general labor. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Crown-heir hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. When his spouse passed he lost his only source of income but claims to his daughters to still be retired.

Motivation: Marry his sister to traveling adventurers; and to unite with his sister
