Personality: Eccentric and domineering, Nelkin will drive conversation. He is able to make almost anything out of random pieces of junk.

History: Nelkin lived on a farm with his mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. His childhood dream was to be a Carter, but he was a colossal failure. He's also a talented Carter, but doesn't like to broadcast it.

Personality: He has always had a great fascination with Halfling culture. He is skeptical of what others tell him and is slow to trust.

History: The child of western immigrants he idolized his mother. He struck it rich when he found rare goods in large quantities. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

Motivation: A strong sense of loyalty to Halfling people; and halfling compassion

Personality: He will rave to anyone who will listen. He does suffer from mild PTSD, and the sight of orcs may trigger it at times.

History: Born in the east his family was never financially stable. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Herbalist hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.
