Description: A man with a calm yet intense air about him, he is generally well dressed albeit a few years behind the times. He has a small bristly mustache and wavy brown hair. His face is covered beneath a completely black helmet.

Personality: He never swears and excessively uses polite adverbs when speaking. He is stubborn though. He always likes to keep a trick up his sleeve. He likes to fight dirty and will kick and punch below the belt if he feels he even has a chance of losing.

History: Born in the west to a Bookbinder, Aelar learned a great deal about his father's area of expertise. At a young age both his parents were killed in an accident. His uncle (a powerful person with enemies on both sides of the law) took him in and had him trained in basic self defense. He has set out to sabotage the competition.

Motivation: He feels that his past leaves him morally obligated to help.

Description: He is a man of bearing and well nourished. He sports green clothing, slightly heavier than average wear. His hair is auburn, silky, and of moderate length. He wears round tiny glasses practically rammed into his face.

Personality: He is fixated on the number 87. He counts his steps and bites of food to keep in track with it. He seems to be used to being ignored and not questioned about it. Only to laugh say gotcha and shoot double pistol fingers at the fooled target.

History: Whurbin was raised in a hard working conservative environment. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Beggar hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He became a Beggar soon after.

Motivation: He is unsatisfied with his job.

Description: A moderately attractive man, he tends to wear a large black jacket. He has done his best to style his blue crest to look like a famous performer. He was beautiful and young once, which still shows through his age, but it is a faded beauty.

Personality: He is not truly malevolent, but he is obsessed with writing. He constantly tries to fill his life with writing. He does not regard money as being a problem because it has never been a problem for him. He lives in a bit of an ivory tower believing all problems are one quick intervention away from being solved.

History: A child with a great deal of writing talent his parents made sure he got the chance to thrive. He was an adventurer many years ago and he formed a blood bond with his Dragonborn companion (his 'brother'). He leaves a trail of broken hearts and full pockets wherever he goes.

Motivation: To reunite with his old friends.

Description: He has a missing left arm. He wears long strands of topaz and short black dresses (or suits) accompanied by the proper stockings and shoes, with gloves of varying lengths. His hair is long and auburn with streaks of blonde, and is pulled back with small black clips. His beard is blonde, braided, and well cared for. His eyes are blue and catlike.

Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Kelter embodies much of what other species detest in the Halflings. A true patriot, Kelter would do anything for his country. He is fiercely protective of his fellow citizens and foreign allies.

History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. He moved from fad to fad and when he turned 15 he discovered poetry. He now mingles about in high society.
