Personality: He cares much about the opinion of others, both in good and in bad: when keeping in line with his opinion, he thinks highly of the other person, but when opinions clash, he can get violently argumentative. Spear is a bit of a follower. Usually he is manipulated by his sisters into helping them out, but recently he has become more of a free agent.

History: He was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. Being born in the south, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the south for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way east. Recently a tribe of giants attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Spear fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Personality: He will rave to anyone who will listen. His philosophy is that everyone needs a friend and as such shows hospitality towards all.

History: He was born in the east, but his parents moved at a very young age to the west. He took every job he could get his hands on, but the opportunities for Halflings in the east were limited. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Motivation: He is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally; and marry his brother to traveling adventurers

Personality: Confrontational and typically high on some drug or another. He is terrible with names forgetting people's names several times before they finally stick; this causes him no end of embarrassment.

History: The child of a Hunter, who enjoyed hunting, Paelias was taken on many hunting expeditions. When the war came and ruined his parents he was left adrift. He was a hard man then and has only learned to fight more as time goes on. He got away from his former life and has fallen to alcoholism.

Motivation: An old rival family wants him found; and he is wracked by social anxiety

Description: This northern man wears a brown tunic with black highlights, and long grey pants that bunch up around his shoes. His clothes are grease stained in places. His black hair is thinning but still full. He has amber eyes and a brown hat with a black feather.

Personality: He goes out his way to put a smile on everyone's face. There's no-one he won't accept into his heart. A friendly and beautiful Human, he is rarely seen without a few beauties around his arms. Though a playboy in all rights, he is no lame duck.

History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when gnolls swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. Because his mother participated in the massacre of their homeland, gnolls burned their ranch to the ground and forced them out. He was preparing to flee to the north, but the outbreak of war prevented him and his father from journeying north to reunite his family. He left for the north, certain he would find work there.
