Personality: He takes his job very seriously, in part because he fears he cannot get a new one. He is frequently practicing swordplay.

History: He was born to a criminal king-pin and mafia family When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Crown-heir hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He's also a talented Miner, but doesn't like to broadcast it.
