Description: This man wears a tan costume with the symbols of death on his torso. He has a penchant for wearing a ring with an oversized amber on his left hand. He has shaved his head bald. His green eyes dart from person to person to random spaces in the air.

Personality: He resents people who mock his appearance or him, so he has learned to be the meanest son of a gun. As he has aged he has sought to do reparations for his actions as a youth. He is also making sure that his compatriots who never received punishment for their crimes are brought to justice.

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Roondar grew up listening to his mother's many stories. He found a children's book about a Gnome Expert who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. He modeled his life after the story, seeing himself destined a hero. He now travels the world, in search of power and loot.

Motivation: He has money and likes to spend it; and he is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences his actions

History: He was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. He was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. He never won. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: He is terrified, and will act out of fear; and he is wracked by social anxiety

Description: A middle-aged man, he wears a custom-built plate barding that's adorned with black lining and desert motifs, and is pretty ugly. His silver hair is cut short with large spiked bangs in the front. He has several tiny topaz earrings on each ear.

Personality: He is irritable and easily angered. He is a bit of a bully and is not afraid to use his stature and powers to intimidate and hurt. He is motivated by money and will often try and persuade people to work for cheap. He haggles over everything, upselling his goods and buying cheap. He is persistent in everything.

History: He was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. His parents were killed by brigands in a raid when he was still a young child. The brigands captured him, and made him a slave and general play-thing. He was beaten and tortured regularly, leading to his deformed appearance. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

Description: He is a paragon of his species. He is larger and stronger than most Gnomes. His skin is dark but he possesses many white ritualistic tattoos. He likes to wear ponchos typically of a light grey in addition to tight pants. His hair is white and curly. He was beautiful and young once, which still shows through his age, but it is a faded beauty.

Personality: His tongue was cut out and he uses sign language. He is underhanded and not above using his wealth and body to get others to do his bidding.

History: Roondar lived on a farm with his mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. There was a wharf not far from home where he often wandered off to fish. When his spouse passed he lost his only source of income but claims to his daughters to still be retired.

Motivation: Find a way to reverse the transformation of his brother.
