Description: This fat eastern man has a bulbous nose and wears a tan shirt, with a blue mid length shorts with blue tights and flats, usually wearing a coat over them. His skin is also unnaturally pale. He keeps his golden hair in a flapper bob. His eyes are brown and he is always smoking a pipe.

Personality: He will rave to anyone who will listen. He has no love for corruption and racketeering and views those as crimes of the highest magnitude.

History: He was born several months after his mother was called into army service. Wiggan abandoned his home at a very young age, living in the fields and plains. He survived everyday through hunting and stealing from passersby. He did whatever it took for him to survive. He is searching for what he claims is his rightful reward.

Motivation: Meet up once more with his childhood friend.

Description: He is a small man, but exceptionally fit. He has a large black mantle and cape that has been intricately interwoven into his yellow robe. He has a white handlebar mustache and slicked back white hair. His fierce brown eyes like to dwell on things.

Personality: Qualen wants to be seen as a stoic, levelheaded, noble Warlock, so he tries to act the part. He does a good job, for the most part... He cannot deal with unfamiliar people for more than a few minutes at a time and if they persist he will grow angry at them.

History: He was raised happily, as a normal child born to his mother and father. His mother taught him the rudiments of the Spice Merchant arts, while his father instructed him in etiquette, music and courtly manner. Being born in the east, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the east for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way north. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.
