History: He was born in the west, but his parents moved at a very young age to the east. A few years later when the east was not economically sound they moved to his current location. He hasn't been sleeping well lately.

Personality: He is someone who is used to having a large amount of sex appeal. He also lacks a concept of privacy and shares just about everything. Flattery will make him almost putty in your hands.

History: Efferil was born the youngest of three triplets. At a young age both his parents were killed in an accident. His uncle (a powerful person with enemies on both sides of the law) took him in and had him trained in basic self defense. He has since lost track of the people in his past.
