Personality: He is a sleazy, sleazy guy. He has no qualms about using his powers of suggestion to get people to do what he wants. He is a logical person and will generally grow upset if things defy logic and science.

History: Wiggens was born the youngest of three triplets. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Wiggens grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Wiggens. He has been saving his money to try and buy his sister's freedom.

History: He was born in a small desert village. Being born in the south, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the south for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way west. By chance he met his brother recently and the two have been together since.
