Personality: He is fixated on the number 34. He counts his steps and bites of food to keep in track with it. He seems to be used to being ignored and not questioned about it. He is underhanded and not above using his wealth and body to get others to do his bidding.

History: He was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. While he appears to be a normal Half-Elf, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. When his spouse passed he lost his only source of income but claims to his sons to still be retired.

Motivation: He is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally; and he wants to meet his childhood hero
