Personality: He is filled with cunning. He likes to feign weakness letting people think he is weak. He is kind towards other men and children and will generally offer men help without question. Others will generally need to prove themselves to him.

History: He was born on a small isolated farm. While he appears to be a normal Human, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. He is untrained/undisciplined, which makes him dangerous.

Personality: He shows great sympathy to all travelers. He's the type to buy drinks and listen to their stories. He is obsessed with a lost civilization.

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Efferil grew up listening to his mother's many stories. When he was little, his rather wealthy family often ventured across the forest to a summer home near a ruined castle. He would wander through that ruined castle and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and he was stranded inside. His family spent the next few days looking for him, and could only assume he was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the forest due to the painful memories there. Efferil took refuge in the ruined castle and found the beat up spear and armor he uses now. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.
