History: He was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. At some point he was captured by giants and was tortured. After several years of this he finally managed to escape. He has been a successful dealer in antiques buying low and selling high.

Personality: Raer is a sociable creature first and foremost. He loves to listen to people at length before talking their ear off. He can carry on conversation for hours and will do so. A fanatic, his devotion to his small selection of gods is unquestionable. He claims to be doing their will and will base all his actions on whether or not they would be pleasing to the gods.
