History: Sold as a small child to a slaver, Valorean was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. A freak accident while working with his Barkeep father left him crippled. He has never given up on his writing dream.

Personality: Corkitron speaks confidently about a variety of topics with grace. He is clearly well-traveled and educated. He tends to be very friendly, and is drawn to music, the smells of food and wine, and out-door festivals.

History: From birth he was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. His parents enrolled him in a Commoner school at a young age so that he could practice his arcane talents. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: Nothing but the best is good enough for him; and wants to have a good time and be beloved

Like his father and his sister before him, after school he went straight into learning to become a Brewer. He has drifted apart from his friends and has been working freelance. Each gave each other a copy of their signature axe.

Personality: He can speak with the dead, and doesn't see much difference between the living and dead. His actions favor neither the good nor the evil, as he answers to a power that mortal men fail to acknowledge.

History: Born in the south to a Baker, Left-Handed learned a great deal about his father's area of expertise. He helped his father out around the business and became quite the natural. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.
