Personality: He is erratic and paranoid. He believes illithids are coming to abduct people. The occasional robbery is his preferred attention getting crime, but he mainly uses his means for meeting his own perverse desires.

History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. At some point he was captured by illithids and was tortured. After several years of this he finally managed to escape. He hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure him.
