Personality: Soft-spoken and well mannered, he has an amazing amount of patience and a slow boiling temper. He cannot deal with unfamiliar people for more than a few minutes at a time and if they persist he will grow angry at them.

History: He was born at the edge of vast plains. Over the years he perfected his riding and shooting skills. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Personality: Broce is depressed about a lot of things. He tends to be a nihilist. A true patriot, Broce would do anything for his country. He is fiercely protective of his fellow citizens and foreign allies.

History: Broce lived on a farm with his mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. His arcane abilities were realized during a raid on his village. He has since lost track of the people in his past.

Motivation: An old rival family wants him found.

History: He was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. He worked as a nervous Tanner and found it very stressful. He routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.

Personality: He snorts whenever he laughs or is feeling confident. He is however greedy and will demand payment and proof of collateral's value and will produce a merchant's scale to make sure he is not cheated out of a speck.

History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. His father disappeared, and while he tried to raise money to find his father, he was betrayed dozens of times. Unlike his family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, he wanted to work in the city. He has been working here for the past few years.
