Description: A man with thick toned arms and a paunchy gut. He wears a suit in poor condition. It has not been laundered in sometime and has been worn in activities one would not normally wear a suit during. He sports a flattop hair cut. His gray eyes dart from person to person to random spaces in the air.

Personality: He likes to be helpful to his clients. He likes to prescribe proper advice to his clients. On top of that he is swayed by a pretty face, and while loyalty to his employer will always come first he doesn't like to hit women.

History: Roland was born into a poor family. Growing up, he dreamt of becoming a Ranger, to bring honor to his family’s name. When he came of age, he applied for a position with his town's local guard, looking to work his way up via merit and eventually become a Ranger in service of a powerful lord somewhere. He found a children's book about a Half-Elf Ranger who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. He modeled his life after the story, seeing himself destined a hero. He now owns his own business.

Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Balam embodies much of what other species detest in the Tieflings. He passes on several rewards to people in need. He makes a point to leave places better than he found them.

History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. After coming to the age of reason, Balam took it upon himself to study the arcane arts in their entirety; because of this, he was labeled a dark omen and banished from his homeland. He has been saving his money to try and buy his brother's freedom.

Personality: Confrontational and typically high on some drug or another. He loves being with his children and actually smiles when they are around. He would do anything for them. He dislikes his ex a great deal.

History: He was born with several neurological imbalances, which makes sleep difficult for him. It may also be what makes him so good at details. A freak accident while working with his Mercenary father left him crippled. By chance he met his brother recently and the two have been together since.

Motivation: Marry his brother to traveling adventurers; and an old rival family wants him found

History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. His childhood dream was to be a Banker, but he was a colossal failure. He inherited the family business which he has now maintained for 11 years.

Motivation: Further expansion of business; and balancing his hectic life and new engraver responsibilities is difficult
