History: Fragrant lived on a farm with his mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. He always admired divine-users and wanted to develop the talent, but never had the affinity for it. He has since lost track of the people in his past.

Personality: Paelias wants to be seen as a stoic, levelheaded, noble Bard, so he tries to act the part. He does a good job, for the most part... He does not regard money as being a problem because it has never been a problem for him. He lives in a bit of an ivory tower believing all problems are one quick intervention away from being solved.

History: He is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. His parents divorced when he was young, and his mother gained full cudstody. He was regularly beaten by his mother, who blamed him for driving them apart. He has dedicated himself to building a better world.
