History: He was raised in a plains tribe. While he appears to be a normal Tiefling, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. He used his abilities to travel the world and help people.

His attire stands in sharp contrast to his sai, which is beautifully polished and possesses an ornate carving of a cross on it. His red hair is greying along the sides and has receded to reveal a widow's peak. His skin is flawless and his blue eyes scan people very quickly.

Personality: He is not truly malevolent, but he is obsessed with music. He constantly tries to fill his life with music. A true patriot, Feng would do anything for his country. He is fiercely protective of his fellow citizens and foreign allies.

History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. In his 16th year, while out on a day-trip, he returned to find his hometown burning and destroyed. He found his father impaled in their home, and his mother beheaded. He saw the man who walked out, and charged him in a blind rage. The man easily evaded and defeated him, leaving him to live broken and terrified. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.
