Personality: Overbrimming with self-confidence, Halander isn't afraid of most anything. He has a strong dislike to people who do not believe in Halfling unity. History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. His first spouse was a Roofer, they had one son, but his spouse won total custody. Without his spouse to temper him he grew out of control. By chance he met his sister recently and the two have been together since.
