Description: A moderately attractive man, he wears a tan vest with golden trim over his white shirt. His grey leather gloves and pants are well-kept, and his tan boots flare out at the collars. His green crest is braided into rings. He is very pretty but has cold, dead eyes.

Personality: Cocky and sure of himself, he believes he is the best Navigator born in the past three hundred years. He is kind towards other men and children and will generally offer men help without question. Others will generally need to prove themselves to him.

History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. Through the years after Shamash was born, his mother became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the south. Shamash's mother didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He ran away from his former home and has been making his living as a Navigator for the past few years.

Description: A middle-aged man, he wears a simple burlap shirt and baggy pants. He conceals his monstrous two handed axe with his veritable burlap sack of a shirt, and is pretty ugly. His fur, while still mostly black, has prominent grey streaks. He has a dull look in his blue eyes.

Personality: Calm and collected, he is a well trained Slave Trader. Animals are drawn to him, and he is able to talk to them.

History: Trained by his mother for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. There was a wharf not far from home where he often wandered off to fish. He's also a talented Fisher, but doesn't like to broadcast it.

Motivation: Balancing his hectic life and new Slave Trader responsibilities is difficult; and wants to open a new tavern

Description: His right side is far more bruised and cut up than his other. He has a large grey mantle and cape that has been intricately interwoven into his black robe. His hair is always cut to a buzz. His blue eyes are slightly larger than normal.

Personality: He is highly sensitive about his name. He loathes it, but will not take any guff about it from anyone. Despite his manner, he is extremely passionate and proud of his job, and he prides himself in being thorough and never missing a detail.

History: His father raised him in a mountain cabin. While studying, he fell in love. They married and had a son. Some 7 years later his spouse died after the birth of his son. Heartbroken, Baern never married again. Instead he focused his life to raising his son whom he trained as his mother had trained him before.

Motivation: Wants to open a new tavern.

Description: This man is well dressed, but even with his fine clothing he looks run-down. He is muscular with a powerful set of arms. His auburn hair is still thick. His face possesses mild wrinkles. His smile is extraordinarily sincere though he does not smile often.

Personality: He will rave to anyone who will listen. He loves his children and doesn't want them to worry about him. He loves to share his music with anyone who is interested.

History: He was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. Ostracized due to the martial powers of his oldest brother, he and his siblings struck out on their own. In the process these unassuming Half-Elves became a terror of the countryside. By chance he met his brother recently and the two have been together since.

Motivation: To find somewhere to settle down; and to end his boredom
