Personality: He trusts no one. He is not readily capable for forgiveness and his ire never leaves him. He is always in debt, since he spends his money on lavish parties and gifts for friends

History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his father always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. He has had some formal singing training, and achieved minor success. He has worked as a Mayor like his father before him.
