History: His necromantic talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, his parents had him trained. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Wiggan grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Wiggan. He would ruin relationships and cause injury. History: Born to a Soapmaker, his father struggled to pay the bills. He was an adventurer many years ago and he formed a blood bond with his Dragonborn companion (his 'brother'). Motivation: His name or reputation has been wronged in the past by gnolls, and he desires to right it; and obtaining odd cultural dragonborn artifacts is his passion
