Description: 5'2" and lanky with angular features, he is an attractive figure. He is perpetually draped in fineries, but all of this concealed by his earthly robes.. He keeps his brown hair in a flapper bob. He wears a mask on his face.

Personality: He misses his glory days as an athlete. He does not mind his job, but it is boring in comparison. He feeds upon the attention of others.

History: He was raised in a plains tribe. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Charles grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Charles. He would ruin relationships and cause injury. He was reprimanded several times before being given his current form and forced to learn humility.

History: He was born in the west, but his parents moved at a very young age to the south. In his formative years he discovered how persuasive he was. He began using that to his advantage selling useless wares at inflated prices. He has been a successful dealer in antiques buying low and selling high.
