Personality: He is quite rude, and likes to deride his opponents skill and shout insults at them. He cannot resist a sob story and will often dote over anyone who has one.

History: He was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. From his teen years he was always beautiful and desirable, so people have always doted on him. After a long history of fighting, Quarion and his spouse have recently divorced.
