History: He was always a brilliant, if unscrupulous mind. He sought a place where he would be rewarded solely on the merits of his skills. This search led him directly into Servant work with an outfit from a few towns over. Servant work suited him well, and with each successful project, he earned more gold and more respect from his peers. He inherited the family business which he has now maintained for 15 years.

History: He was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. A few years later when the south was not economically sound they moved to his current location. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.

Motivation: He has money and likes to spend it.

Personality: She is erratic and paranoid. She believes illithids are coming to abduct people. She is often prim and proper but will on occasion tell either really disgusting or offensive jokes, which seem out of character.

History: She was born with several neurological imbalances, which makes sleep difficult for her. It may also be what makes her so good at details. A freak accident while working with her Stableman father left her crippled. She hasn't been sleeping well lately.

Motivation: Many illithids want her driven away; and she wants revenge against illithids
