History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. Since his mother passed away years ago, his father had doted on him, and he came to think her himself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by his attractiveness, a trait in which he easily excels the other men of his town. He was granted psionic powers by his dying sister.

Personality: Overbrimming with self-confidence, Hamil isn't afraid of most anything. He has a strong dislike to people who do not believe in Halfling unity. He claims to be unscrupulous but at the end of the day he will do what he thinks is right.

History: He was raised in a mountains tribe. Hamil liked to wander the woods near his home when he was young, something he still likes to do at least once a week. He never liked modest clothing or shoes, so he would wander the woods barefoot and lightly dressed, and he developed a good sense of balance and learned how to climb and swim well. Some 5 years later his spouse died after the birth of his son. Heartbroken, Hamil never married again. Instead he focused his life to raising his son whom he trained as his mother had trained him before.

She was a general practitioner in the east for years, until she, through no fault of her own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal she made her way west. By chance she met her brother recently and the two have been together since.
