History: He was always a brilliant, if unscrupulous mind. He moved out south to avoid the crime he committed. After months of barely getting by, Gell managed to ambush a major caravan with a load of valuables. Instantly wealthy, he made his way to the capital under a new identity.

Recently a tribe of dire rats attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. History: The child of northern immigrants she idolized her mother. She became part of the deadliest team of assassins in recent memory. A botched job caused the group to be disbanded. She left for the north, certain she would find work there.

Motivation: She possesses a valuable artifact that the thieves guild wishes to steal; and she has comitted a past crime that haunts her to this day

History: She was raised in a plains tribe. Stacee liked to wander the woods near her home when she was young, something she still likes to do at least once a week. She never liked modest clothing or shoes, so she would wander the woods barefoot and lightly dressed, and she developed a good sense of balance and learned how to climb and swim well. She now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.
