History: Heir to a fortune, his parents put a great deal of effort into curing his disease. He struck it rich when he found rare goods in large quantities. He hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure him.

Personality: Aside from being a little slow due to sleep deprivation he is generally quite perceptive. He notices little details and can draw good conclusions from them. He has all his life been fascinated with painting.

History: He grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. His parents were killed by gnolls in a raid when he was still a young child. The gnolls captured him, and made him a slave and general play-thing. He was beaten and tortured regularly, leading to his deformed appearance. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to gnolls demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: His name or reputation has been wronged in the past by gnolls, and he desires to right it.

Personality: He exudes charisma. He is a tour de force of persuasion. He does suffer from mild PTSD, and the sight of illithids may trigger it at times.

History: Valafar was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his father was employed at, doing general labor. Cursed with a spirit at a very young age, Valafar has worked very hard to control his curse. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by illithids. Valafar was horrified and prayed that his mother was alright. However, he heard that his mother had died fighting off the illithids.

History: The child of a Roofer, who enjoyed hunting, Shanairla was taken on many hunting expeditions. There was a wharf not far from home where she often wandered off to fish. As of late she has set up a hidden staging nest where she ambushes people she hires for escort.

Motivation: She's attracted to the PC; and she has a rivalry with the church that dominates her actions
