Personality: She snorts whenever she laughs or is feeling confident. She has a cruel streak; something she gained from her previous mentor. She harbors resentment against her former mentor.

History: From birth she was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. Before the accident, she was one of the most outspoken anti-Halfling activists. She was mortally wounded, saved by a kind and fast-acting Halfling doctor. She hasn't been sleeping well lately.

History: Jocelyn lived on a farm with his father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. He dropped out of school to support his sick father, and resented it. He has been saving his money to try and buy his sister's freedom.

Personality: She is intelligent and cunning, but she will too often allow her rage to get the better of her. She will lose her cool and rely on brute force to carry the day. Around other people she will do her best to conceal her emotions and appear jolly.

History: She was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. Through the years after Riswynn was born, her father became increasingly distant from her family, instead choosing to pursue power in the north. Riswynn's father didn't care for her much, and the feeling was mutual. After a long history of fighting, Riswynn and her spouse have recently divorced.

Personality: She is inclined to make off color jokes and interpret anything that could be construed as such as innuendo. She has a minor phobia of water and hates getting wet.

History: She was born several months after her father was called into army service. As a young adult she joined a group advocating for an improvement in Tabaxi conditions. She now mingles about in high society.

Motivation: She is greedy; and a strong sense of loyalty to tiefling people

Description: He usually wears his black robe and has his halberd always slung over his shoulder, and carries halberds. His silver crest is long and unkept. His red eyes peer out from beneath his wide-brimmed black hat.

Personality: Prone to second guessing himself, he comes off as nervous. He has zero loyalty and will suck up to whomever is within range, in the hopes of being moved to a better position.

History: A powerful wizard made him what he is. In his 20th year, while out on a day-trip, he returned to find his hometown burning and destroyed. He found his father impaled in their home, and his mother beheaded. He saw the man who walked out, and charged him in a blind rage. The man easily evaded and defeated him, leaving him to live broken and terrified. He remains aloof and afraid to be himself due to all the ideals others have placed upon him.

Motivation: To fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever; and he is wracked by social anxiety

Description: A stocky darker skinned woman, she wears tan robes with leather pauldrons. Though occasionally she wears more armor. She prefers to carry a shield, but if one is not available she will default to her greataxe. Her white hair is heavily combed to the left. She wears large thick round spectacles.

Personality: She has a very dry and sarcastic sense of humor. She is not one for noise or eating so much, which is in direct contrast with her big mouthed big gutted partner. Her partner is her best friend in the world. The two are very close despite being more or less each other's opposites. She is harsh and unforgiving.

History: Born in the west her family was never financially stable. She found a children's book about a Elf Sorcerer who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. She modeled her life after the story, seeing herself destined a hero. She now owns her own business.

Motivation: Further expansion of business.

Description: A woman with a friendly, welcoming air about her, she wears a green cloak and cross-gartered blue stockings. Her crest is copper, silky, and of moderate length. Her face is covered beneath a completely black helmet.

Personality: She loves telling others what to do and how they should feel about things. She refers to her adoptive mother for almost all things she is unsure about, which are numerous. She is very much still a child and has not developed a drive for self-dependency.

History: She was born to loving parents in a slum to the south. Since her mother passed away years ago, her father had doted on her, and she came to think her herself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by her attractiveness, a trait in which she easily excels the other women of her town. When her spouse passed she lost her only source of income but claims to her daughters to still be retired.

Motivation: Marry her brother to traveling adventurers.

Description: He is a physically imposing light-skinned man. He wears a lot of dark rich colors, with gold accents. He wears a colorful flower in his white hair. He has a dull look in his brown eyes.

Personality: Soft-spoken and well mannered, he has an amazing amount of patience and a slow boiling temper. Mindartis enjoys physical pleasures, and is well known for his love of warm baths in the hot springs near the town.

History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when dire rats swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. His mother was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but he insists his mother was legitimate. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to dire rats demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: His religion dominates his actions.
