History: He was always a brilliant, if unscrupulous mind. He went to a religious school and was inspired by the priests there in charitable deeds. He routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.

Personality: Eccentric and domineering, Melissa will drive conversation. Flattery will make her almost putty in your hands.

History: She was raised in a forest tribe. Melissa liked to wander the woods near her home when she was young, something she still likes to do at least once a week. She never liked modest clothing or shoes, so she would wander the woods barefoot and lightly dressed, and she developed a good sense of balance and learned how to climb and swim well. She became a Bather soon after.

Motivation: Balancing her hectic life and new Bather responsibilities is difficult.

History: She got into the Priest business at a young age. When the war came and ruined her parents she was left adrift. She was a hard woman then and has only learned to fight more as time goes on. She has gone from town to town till she finds a spot where she can set up a sustainable business.

History: Born in a small village she learned the ways of the warrior from her mother. Cursed with unlife at a very young age, Windy has worked very hard to control her curse. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: To fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever; and to reunite with her absent mother

Personality: He likes to fabricate stories about his past exploits and how crazy he is, but in actuality he is rather bland. He takes great joy in being the best Stableman in town.

History: The child of western immigrants he idolized his mother. A few years later when the east was not economically sound they moved to his current location. He has set out to sabotage the competition.

Motivation: To end his boredom.

He wears a colorful flower in his yellow fur. He was beautiful and young once, which still shows through his age, but it is a faded beauty.

Personality: Confrontational and typically high on some drug or another. The war was a terrible time for him, and Emerald does not often speak of it. When he does, he does so with a strained expression and tears in his eyes.

History: From birth he was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. He graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. He advanced relatively quickly due to his good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. He's since become an addict/alcoholic.

Motivation: He loathes his own lifestyle; and seeks redemption
