History: He was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. From his teen years he was always beautiful and desirable, so people have always doted on him. Some 10 years later his spouse died after the birth of his daughter. Heartbroken, Gimurt never married again. Instead he focused his life to raising his daughter whom he trained as his mother had trained him before.

Personality: In the realm of puns, he cannot help himself. He feels obliged to make them. He is lazy, self-centered, vain, and jealous.
History: He got into the Layabout business at a young age. Being born in the east, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the east for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way west. He now owns his own business.

A flowing black cape and mantle trimmed with soft green waves gently in the breeze. His red hair is matted, messy, and big. He has a dull look in his white eyes.
Personality: He has a good heart but also a terrible temper. He will forgive often but not before yelling and berating someone for whatever they have done wrong. He dislikes loud distracting noises, but is overall hospitable. His biggest love is that of knowledge and as such will purchase any books or pay to listen to tales that travelers might have.
History: He was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. He inherited a moderately successful company from his mother. Under his leadership it has flourished, and using capital from his venture he effectively owns an entire region. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Personality: Emerald is depressed about a lot of things. She tends to be a nihilist. Any perceived weakness will be pressed and exploited. She is seen as merciless and passionate.
History: Emerald was born to in a poor docking district. She spent her early days working in the same smith shop her father was employed at, doing general labor. In her youth she was part of a gang. She got caught, but did not rat out her comrades and served her time in prison. Being a Herbalist kept her interest for a while, but then she became depressed and bored. So she turned to a secret life of crime, taking increasingly more risks and challenges.
Motivation: She is a bit of a kleptomaniac; and she feels that her past leaves her morally obligated to help
