History: Millicent was born in the south. At a young age she loved to build and create. History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Weaver hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. Since then, he has sought to make the best of life.
