History: Born the oldest of a large religious eastern family, she was no stranger to responsibility. She married young, but lost her spouse to drow. After a long history of fighting, Xanaphia and her spouse have recently divorced.

Personality: She is quite gentle and does not know the full extent of her strength. She works very hard to maintain that gentleness. She is obsessed with her god.

History: Xanaphia hails from a village terrorized by brigands. A gypsy cursed her at a young age, leading to her ugly appearance. Days after completing her studies, news broke out that her hometown was attacked by brigands. Xanaphia was horrified and prayed that her father was alright. However, she heard that her father had died fighting off the brigands.

Motivation: Several ex partners dislike her way of doing things and want revenge; and revenge

Personality: Stoic and calm, he prefers to meditate than take action. He invented a lineage for himself and claims to be descended from several legendary heroes.

History: Sold as a small child to a wizard, Simon was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. He found a children's book about a Human Sorcerer who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. He modeled his life after the story, seeing himself destined a hero. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Motivation: He's looking for his big break; and he has passion for adventuring and risk

History: He was born several months after his father was called into army service. He was an adventurer many years ago and he formed a blood bond with his Half-Elven companion (his 'brother'). He became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.

She tries to control her temper but she can't always stop herself from what she feels what must be done. She is fiercely devoted to her mother, and views her mother's ex-spouse as an evil person for separating her from her legal half-sister.

History: Philomena was born in the north. At a young age she loved to build and create. She was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. She never won. She found several beat up suits of armor and, cannibalizing spare parts, she put together a working one.

Personality: Cocky and sure of herself, she believes she is the best Spice Merchant born in the past three hundred years. She lacks restraint and is impulsive. She jumps in and acts without thinking all too often.

History: She is a Doppelganger in disguise. A gifted student she started as a Baker, but she got bored and became a Spice Merchant. Lacking all sense, she decided to go on an adventure. She picked a direction and started trekking.

Motivation: A need for knowledge about a nearby landmark; and to be a baker again

Personality: He takes his job very seriously, in part because he fears he cannot get a new one. He is however greedy and will demand payment and proof of collateral's value and will produce a merchant's scale to make sure he is not cheated out of a speck.

History: Born in the east to a Barkeep, Anverth learned a great deal about his mother's area of expertise. He was a friend to animals and a trickster. In his defense of animals however he would do severe harm to people. He then took over the family business and is one of the better Barkeep for hire.
