History: Xappan lived on a farm with his father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. He has had some formal painting training, and achieved minor success. He has been saving his money to try and buy his sister's freedom.

Personality: She is a pretentious jerk insisting that modern society is full of problems and should revert to a simpler time. She is fiercely devoted to her mother, and views her mother's ex-spouse as an evil person for separating her from her legal half-sister.

History: She was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of her parents. Her first spouse was a Blacksmith, they had one daughter, but her spouse won total custody. Without her spouse to temper her she grew out of control. Recently a tribe of illithids attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Vadania fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.
