History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. He was part of a huge silver rush, which was taken over by a mining company. The company confiscated a lot of silver, but the shipment was lost. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to brigands demanding more tribute than usual.

History: Sold as a small child to a wizard, Tordrid was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. She eventually earned her freedom when her former master disappeared. Her mother disappeared, and while she tried to raise money to find her mother, she was betrayed dozens of times. Since then, she has sought to make the best of life.

History: He was born in a small mountains village. A few years later when the south was not economically sound they moved to his current location. He has gone from town to town till he finds a spot where he can set up a sustainable business.

Calcitro is a bit of a follower. Usually he is manipulated by his brothers into helping them out, but recently he has become more of a free agent.

History: He was raised by priests from a young age. While he appears to be a normal Halfling, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. He is untrained/undisciplined, which makes him dangerous.

Motivation: Wants to raise his children well; and he has a rivalry with the church that dominates his actions
