Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Bertram embodies much of what other species detest in the Humans. He is lazy, self-centered, vain, and jealous.

History: Bertram was born into a poor family. Growing up, he dreamt of becoming a Sorcerer, to bring honor to his family’s name. When he came of age, he applied for a position with his town's local guard, looking to work his way up via merit and eventually become a Sorcerer in service of a powerful lord somewhere. He made a point of taking high paying jobs and getting most of it up front. He became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.

Motivation: To reunite with his old friends; and meet up once more with his childhood friend

Personality: He runs his personal life as if detached from it. He organizes appointments and outings based on perceived benefits he will get from it. Despite his manner, he is extremely passionate and proud of his job, and he prides himself in being thorough and never missing a detail.

History: Born in a small village he learned the ways of the warrior from his mother. Like his mother and his sister before him, after school he went straight into learning to become a Unemployed. He has set out to sabotage the competition.

Motivation: To be a Barkeep again; and he is greedy

Description: He is lean but muscular and wears suspenders and white workpants. His shirt is green, and he wears a heavy white leather apron most of the time. His auburn hair and beard is wavy and long. He has a dull look in his blue eyes.

Personality: He loves justice and goodness and right action. Anyone who does not fulfill this criteria perfectly will no doubt get a lecture from him. He is the most sanctimonious self-righteous Half-Orc in existence. He claims to be unscrupulous but at the end of the day he will do what he thinks is right.

History: His mother raised him in a mountain cabin. He was a friend to animals and a trickster. In his defense of animals however he would do severe harm to people. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

Motivation: He possesses a valuable artifact that the thieves guild wishes to steal; and he feels that his past leaves him morally obligated to help

Description: This northern woman is abnormally tall. She wears a black feathered hat and black clothes. Her whole body is exceptionally muscular. Her brown hair is still thick. Her eyes are likewise blue. Her teeth are white and perfect.

Personality: She is extraordinarily passive and rarely speaks, let alone speaks her mind. She is lazy, self-centered, vain, and jealous.

History: She was born in the north. She couldn't stand her childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with her mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. She has recently attracted an admirer that believes she's playing hard to get.

Motivation: She has a crush on the local Carpenter; and she wants to get laid

Description: Relatively heavier built than your average woman, she is not imposing. She wears clothing that is held on in multiple layers but all of it is in poor condition. Her hair is red and curly. Judging by the bloodshot nature of her eyes and the massive bags underneath them one would imagine she has not slept for days.

Personality: Her tongue was cut out and she uses sign language. As long as the job gets done she does not care how it got done.

History: Born the oldest of a large religious western family, she was no stranger to responsibility. Her mother was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but she insists her mother was legitimate. She hasn't been sleeping well lately.

Motivation: To get a good night's sleep; and she has a rivalry with the church that dominates her actions

Description: This woman is very fat, and is wearing colorful clothing, dressed as a Doctor. Her black hair is matted, messy, and big. She has a dull look in her brown eyes.

Personality: She has a good heart but also a terrible temper. She will forgive often but not before yelling and berating someone for whatever they have done wrong. She is always in debt, since she spends her money on lavish parties and gifts for friends

History: A child with a great deal of poetry talent her parents made sure she got the chance to thrive. She moved from fad to fad and when she turned 15 she discovered poetry. She has gone from town to town working and never settling down anywhere, but has fallen for a local Mercenary. She hasn't told them the truth, but wants to settle down with them.

Motivation: To end her boredom; and to prove her worth to the world

Personality: He resents people who mock his appearance or him, so he has learned to be the meanest son of a gun. He is an amazing painter.

History: Anselm was born in the west. At a young age he loved to build and create. Cursed with a spirit at a very young age, Anselm has worked very hard to control his curse. He hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure him.

Motivation: To get a good night's sleep; and halfling compassion

Her skin is flawless and her gold eyes scan people very quickly.

Personality: She is envious of other's things. She hoards treasure, art, food, wine, and anything that she so desires. She is skeptical of what others tell her and is slow to trust.

History: Dentratha was born in the north. At a young age she loved to build and create. She was an apprentice working in her mother's forge. She tends to her Blacksmith job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations she has.

Motivation: She is unsatisfied with her job; and sabotage a competitor
