History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his mother always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. His arcane abilities were realized during a raid on his village. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

History: She was born with several neurological imbalances, which makes sleep difficult for her. It may also be what makes her so good at details. Her parents divorced when she was young, and her father gained full cudstody. She was regularly beaten by her father, who blamed her for driving them apart. She hasn't been sleeping well lately.

Personality: A grumpy guy he will invite people to lunch so he can critique them. Yet he still seems generally likeable, like a lovable grump. Tim enjoys physical pleasures, and is well known for his love of warm baths in the hot springs near the town.

History: He is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. He was a friend to animals and a trickster. In his defense of animals however he would do severe harm to people. He bought a pickaxe and has really upped his game hunting, due to his understanding of decoy and ambush.

History: A child with a great deal of music talent his parents made sure he got the chance to thrive. He dropped out of school before completing his studies. Now he works as a music tutor during his time off.

Motivation: His name or reputation has been wronged in the past by goblins, and he desires to right it.

Through the years after Cloud was born, his mother became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the west. Cloud's mother didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He's since become an addict/alcoholic.

History: Gifted from a young age, Rolen studied abroad. From his teen years he was always beautiful and desirable, so people have always doted on him. He now travels the world, in search of power and loot.

Description: She usually wears her black robe and has her scimitar always slung over her shoulder. She cuts an attractive figure and her suit of old armor is well cared for even if it is obsolete. Her hair, while still mostly black, has prominent grey streaks. Her otherwise smooth face is marked with small tiny scars.

Personality: She is very quiet and rarely speaks above a whisper. More though she will beg to come along on any journeys. She will attempt to stowaway on any ship she can in the hopes that it will get her further away.

History: Her history is one of pain. She was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves her parents kept. Her mother was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but she insists her mother was legitimate. She has been helping groups of widows and orphans who have fled abusive spouses or lost their families to goblins.

Motivation: She has a rivalry with the Church that dominates her actions.

Description: A well shaped man just over fifty, he wears brown leather gloves, a brown jacket, and tight pants. His fur, while still mostly brown, has prominent grey streaks. His amber eyes lackadaisically let the world flow into them.

Personality: He is extraordinarily eccentric. As he has aged he has sought to do reparations for his actions as a youth. He is also making sure that his compatriots who never received punishment for their crimes are brought to justice.

History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. After coming to the age of reason, Flask took it upon himself to study the necromantic arts in their entirety; because of this, he was labeled a dark omen and banished from his homeland. He has recently gotten a pet goose that steals things from people.

Motivation: He is a bit of a kleptomaniac; and a rival would like him out of the picture
