He is however greedy and will demand payment and proof of collateral's value and will produce a merchant's scale to make sure he is not cheated out of a speck.

History: Ûggû hails from a village terrorized by gnolls. His father disappeared, and while he tried to raise money to find his father, he was betrayed dozens of times. He has been a successful dealer in antiques buying low and selling high.

History: He was born to loving parents in a slum to the west. He graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. He advanced relatively quickly due to his good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. Unlike his family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, he wanted to work in the city. He has been working here for the past few years.

History: Alvyn was born with his mother's beautiful face. His father was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but he insists his father was legitimate. He has made many enemies by not giving into corruption and outing many instances of it.
