History: Phelaia was born to in a poor docking district. She spent her early days working in the same smith shop her father was employed at, doing general labor. She went to a religious school and was inspired by the priests there in charitable deeds. She has drifted apart from her friends and has been working freelance. Each gave each other a copy of their signature dagger.

Motivation: A need for knowledge about a nearby landmark; and she desires power and/or immortality
