History: The child of northern immigrants he idolized his mother. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. He struck the Navigator job and began his own company from there.

Personality: She is enamored with her job. She loves it. She likes the challenge and she likes helping those less fortunate than her. Despite her manner, she is extremely passionate and proud of her job, and she prides herself in being thorough and never missing a detail.
