Description: She is scrawny and has patchy golden stubble. She wears a white vest and prefers pastel and black shirts. Her boots appear to have been at one point steel toed but are quite worn down. She has a hunchback. Her golden hair is cut short. Her eyes are gray and beady.
Personality: She considers herself the perfect lady. She makes a point to always show proper etiquette and frequently critiques the etiquette of others. The war was a terrible time for her, and Nella does not often speak of it. When she does, she does so with a strained expression and tears in her eyes.
History: She was a bastard born out of an affair, and her father always resented and mistreated her for it out of spite. She graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. She advanced relatively quickly due to her good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.
Motivation: She's repulsed by the PC; and she feels the way she acts is they only way to get by in the world

Description: Standing 2'9", this woman prefers to wear white pants and tee shirts. Her hair is always cut to a buzz. Her amber eyes lackadaisically let the world flow into them.
Personality: She has schizophrenia that causes her to hear things that aren't there and will sometimes respond to them. A fanatic, her devotion to her small selection of gods is unquestionable. She claims to be doing their will and will base all her actions on whether or not they would be pleasing to the gods.
History: Her mother raised her in a mountain cabin. Eida liked to wander the woods near her home when she was young, something she still likes to do at least once a week. She never liked modest clothing or shoes, so she would wander the woods barefoot and lightly dressed, and she developed a good sense of balance and learned how to climb and swim well. She was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching her a humbling lesson in trusting others.
Motivation: Many goblins want her driven away; and a deep hatred of goblins

Personality: He is mildly Tabaxi supremacist, though he does not identify as such. He disdains his fellow northerners, claiming they make him look unintelligent just for using an accent.
History: Harvest was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his mother was employed at, doing general labor. Before the accident, he was one of the most outspoken anti-Dragonborn activists. He was mortally wounded, saved by a kind and fast-acting Dragonborn doctor. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.
Motivation: He wants nothing more than to rejoin the army; and dragonborn compassion

Personality: She has always had a great fascination with Half-Orc culture. Further she is a bit of a stoner and is frequently out of it.
History: Grigi was born the youngest of three triplets. Her parents were killed by brigands in a raid when she was still a young child. The brigands captured her, and made her a slave and general play-thing. She was beaten and tortured regularly, leading to her deformed appearance. By chance she met her sister recently and the two have been together since.
Motivation: A deep hatred of brigands; and she wants revenge against brigands

Description: He has a missing left arm. He wears long strands of ruby and short yellow dresses (or suits) accompanied by the proper stockings and shoes, with gloves of varying lengths. He keeps his long white hair kept up in a rat tail. His face possesses mild wrinkles. His smile is extraordinarily sincere though he does not smile often.
Personality: He is inclined to make off color jokes and interpret anything that could be construed as such as innuendo. His actions favor neither the good nor the evil, as he answers to a power that mortal men fail to acknowledge.
History: He was born to a criminal king-pin and mafia family Quarion was a troubled youth. He spent his days as a hard laborer instead of attending school, and spent his evenings with numerous mobsters and gang members. Quarion decided he wanted neither the life of his father nor that of the evil petty criminals he associated with. During his early adolescence, he took a sudden opportunity while working the docks and commandeered a vessel that was left unmanned. As of late he has set up a hidden staging nest where he ambushes people he hires for escort.
Motivation: A rival would like him out of the picture; and he is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences his actions

Personality: He swings through moods quickly. One moment he is cool and collected, the next he is carried away by passions. He is cautious and jumpy. He reacts to every sound and lacks any concept of subtlety.
History: Born in a small village he learned the ways of the warrior from his father. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Edge grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Edge. As of late he has set up a hidden staging nest where he ambushes people he hires for escort.
Motivation: An old rival family wants him found; and doesn't want to be a hunter and was forced into it by his family

History: His history is one of pain. He was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves his parents kept. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Locksmith. He has achieved small success as a Locksmith.

Personality: She is shy and timid. She has not had much interaction with people and is skittish around them. She claims to be unscrupulous but at the end of the day she will do what she thinks is right.
History: Sold as a small child to a slaver, Euphemia was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. She eventually earned her freedom when her former master disappeared. A few years later when the west was not economically sound they moved to her current location. She remains aloof and afraid to be herself due to all the ideals others have placed upon her.
