Personality: She speaks before she thinks and is too direct. The war was a terrible time for her, and Beatrice does not often speak of it. When she does, she does so with a strained expression and tears in her eyes.

History: She served in the navy to pay for her family's outstanding loans. Since her mother passed away years ago, her father had doted on her, and she came to think her herself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by her attractiveness, a trait in which she easily excels the other women of her town. After a long history of fighting, Beatrice and her spouse have recently divorced.

History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. His parents divorced when he was young, and his mother gained full cudstody. He was regularly beaten by his mother, who blamed him for driving them apart. Recently a tribe of drow attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Oolah embodies much of what other species detest in the Half-Orcs. When she's not drinking or sleeping the drinks off, she's doing painting.

History: She is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. She graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. She advanced relatively quickly due to her good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. After a long history of fighting, Oolah and her spouse have recently divorced.

Personality: He likes to make people angry or surprised. He will pursue extreme courses of action in the short term, confident that they cannot fail.

History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. When Theobald reached his early adolescence his Half-Elf father passed away. Feeling disconnected from the small nearby village afterwards, he decided to travel. His rounds led him into the Army with a few individuals who would become his life-long companions. He was granted divine powers by his dying brother.

Personality: The man has a huge range of feeling. He will range from being happy and joking with the occasional self put down to crying stating how he will be a better person from this day on. He lacks moral complications. He does what he is told to by employers but not much else. He spends his money on whatever he fancies at the time.

History: He got into the Ploughman business at a young age. He was an apprentice working in his mother's forge. He's also a talented Mayor, but doesn't like to broadcast it.

Motivation: Sabotage a competitor; and balancing his hectic life and new ploughman responsibilities is difficult

Personality: She is quiet and unassuming. She ignores others and carries on with her job unassumingly. She is however nostalgic and wants to reunite with her old comrades. She has some compunction and patriotism and will work for the government before all other clients.

History: She was born into a rich family. Ostracized due to the arcane powers of her oldest brother, she and her siblings struck out on their own. In the process these unassuming Half-Elves became a terror of the countryside. She's also a talented Barrister, but doesn't like to broadcast it.

Motivation: Wants to raise her children well; and her relatives are trying to arrange a marriage

History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. A gifted student he started as a Sculptor, but he got bored and became a Marshal. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: To share knowledge with the world; and he has a rivalry with the church that dominates his actions

Motivation: She is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally.

Description: An older man who wears a large hat to cast shadows over his face and wears ponchos to better hide his body, he is not a threatening figure. With a patchy golden beard and wild golden hair. His amber eyes have a joyful gleam in them most of the time.

Personality: He seems absolutely devoid of it. He stares off into space and will respond with overly literal and minimalist answers to questions. He also hits on women, regardless of circumstances.

History: His history is one of pain. He was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves his parents kept. As a young adult he joined a group advocating for an improvement in Half-Elven conditions. Unlike his family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, he wanted to work in the city. He has been working here for the past few years.

Motivation: To get a good night's sleep; and he has a crush on the local assassin
