The illithids captured her, and made her a slave and general play-thing. She was beaten and tortured regularly, leading to her deformed appearance. She then took over the family business and is one of the better Ploughman for hire.

History: He was born in the south, but his parents moved at a very young age to the west. He found a children's book about a Gnome Sorcerer who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. He modeled his life after the story, seeing himself destined a hero. He is searching for what he claims is his rightful reward.

History: Yvonne was born in the east. At a young age she loved to build and create. She took every job she could get her hands on, but the opportunities for Half-Elves in the east were limited. She became a Mason soon after.

Personality: While she acts the brute, she is far gentler than she would appear. She never wears the same outfit twice, unless she absolutely has to.

History: She was raised in a mountains tribe. There was a wharf not far from home where she often wandered off to fish. Unlike her family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, she wanted to work in the city. She has been working here for the past few years.

Motivation: Marry her brother to traveling adventurers; and she seems to be bored by most things

Personality: Aside from being a little slow due to sleep deprivation she is generally quite perceptive. She notices little details and can draw good conclusions from them. She has a hair trigger and will fly into rage over the tiniest perceived slights.

History: She was raised happily, as a normal child born to her mother and father. Her mother taught her the rudiments of the Fisher arts, while her father instructed her in etiquette, music and courtly manner. She made a point of taking high paying jobs and getting most of it up front. She was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching her a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Personality: He's a bit of a prankster. He knows he is clumsy and seen as such and will often feign amnesia after injury. A true patriot, Dayereth would do anything for his country. He is fiercely protective of his fellow citizens and foreign allies.

History: He got into the Miller business at a young age. He was one of the best in his class, and was picked up by his current employer. He quickly showed his capability and was soon promoted to a head role. He became a Miller soon after.

Motivation: Expand his business; and balancing his hectic life and new miller responsibilities is difficult

History: Born to a Shepherd, his mother struggled to pay the bills. His spouse left him for another, whom he beat to an almost bloody pulp. He did not win them back, but he came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: To prove his worth to the world.

Personality: He is almost excessively polite to everyone, even when angry. He cannot resist a sob story and will often dote over anyone who has one.

History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. In his 16th year, while out on a day-trip, he returned to find his hometown burning and destroyed. He found his mother impaled in their home, and his father beheaded. He saw the man who walked out, and charged him in a blind rage. The man easily evaded and defeated him, leaving him to live broken and terrified. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

Personality: She is soft-spoken, optimistic and speaks nonstop, as she rather likes the sound of her voice. Her demeanor is somewhat feminine. She does not mind isolation but does not hate company and attempts to receive them as best as possible.

History: Siffress was born in the north. At a young age she loved to build and create. In her formative years she discovered how persuasive she was. She began using that to her advantage selling useless wares at inflated prices. She has been a successful dealer in antiques buying low and selling high.
